  • Band-ITS Core 10 Class Pack

    Don’t have a good local dance physio? Look no further!

    This 10-week course will introduce techniques and exercises used regularly in dance physio and rehab sessions. It will enhance your core by primarily focusing on the hips and pelvis. This really is the ‘powerhouse’ area of the body for control and energy transfer. By continuing to repeat the course using progressively stronger band resistance, you can significantly increase your ease of movement, strengthen your body and drastically improve your dancing.

    Access to the content will be released at weekly intervals to give you time to absorb and practice it, with full completion after 10 weeks. Each session is about 60mins. This course includes a lower limb kit and the balls (Pilates, massage)

    This 10 session programme is featured on the Band-ITS YouTube channel and is entirely complimentary. The programme consists of 10 different sessions with varying exercises and focus in each:

    4 classes from beginner to intermediate level showing full body workouts that can be done in your own home.

    3 classes showing intermediate and advanced Pilates repertoire in the studio setting.

    3 strength sessions set out like Personal training sessions.

    Each class is about 30 minutes long and uses the Band-ITS Ultimate Kit to add external load to your full body workout.
