PHYSICAL PRODUCTS FAQ’s

How will I receive my order?

You will have access to the online content of your purchase immediately. This content will be accessed online in your member area. Your physical kit will be sent from our warehouse so will take longer to arrive. You will be sent a notification of postage and a tracking number to follow the progress. Postage times will depend on your country's location.


How do I care for my Band-ITS product?

As the resistance product is rubber based it may break down over time. To maintain your product we advise that you do not over-stretch it (x2 of its resting length), leave it in the sun, use it in salt water (ocean) or clean it with harsh chemicals. Use the product for what is it intended, strength training, and not for other uses. Use them regularly are this keeps the rubber supple. Simply wipe the handles and leg bands with a gentle cleaner or anti-bacterial spray.


How long will my Band-ITS product last?

Your bands have the potential to last for many years. How you care for them will play a big role in the longevity of your kit. My bands are still working well after 5 years of regular use.


If my Band-ITS product gets broken, what do I do?

If your bands break, and you are within warranty, then please take a photo and send it back to orders@band-itsfitness.com with a description of how it happened. You will be sent a replacement band free of charge. Outside of the warranty period, you will need to purchase a replacement from the website.

Product Returns

If your product arrives damaged then we will replace it for you. You will need to complete the form at the link below

If your Band-ITS product is not what you wanted, or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy for you to return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that you will be required to pay return postage/delivery charges. This figure will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. A refund will be processed once we have received the products and have confirmed that they are in perfect condition, inside the original packaging.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS FAQ’s

How are digital products delivered?

Your digital products, including the Your Body, Your Tool, Your Career ebook, are accessed through your personal member profile on our website. You will have access to this as soon as your purchase is complete and you will be sent your login details with your email receipt. You may also be sent a PDF file to your email if you have ordered one of our manuals. Note that all products are available in your member profile after purchase. All products are available on all of your devices.

How do I access the products I have purchased?

Simply log in to your member profile and view your purchased products under ‘Orders’. If you can not see a product you have ordered, please drop us a line at orders@band-itsfitness.com

Who do I contact if I am having technical difficulties?

Please send our Administration Team an email at admin@band-itsfitness.com and let us know what you are having difficulties with. We don’t outsource our support services so we will aim to help you as soon as we can. You will be dealing directly with our team.

Can I copy or share information or content?

All content is copyright to Band-ITS / Strength4Dance, therefore we ask that you please do not copy the information without our permission. If you would like to share your love for our products on social media, please make sure to tag us!

If I have questions about information or content in the products I have purchased, who do I contact?

We love to answer questions about the content of the courses and classes to help you get the most from your training. We have Facebook groups for all of the products where you can chat directly with us or even other like-minded movers that have done the programmes.
