All Band-ITS products are housed and cared for by our trusted fulfilment partner. Once an order is received, it will be processed, prepared for delivery, and dispatched using our international delivery network as soon as possible. Our fulfilment partner operates 24/7 to ensure your order is prepared and delivered to you as soon as possible.


Tracking information

Once our team has prepared your order and booked it for dispatch with our delivery partner, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can stay up-to-date with delivery information.


Delivery cost

The delivery cost will be calculated based on your location at the time of purchase. Should you have any questions regarding delivery rates or fees, or would like to discuss delivery options for bulk orders, please drop us a line at orders@band-itsfitness.com


Lost or damaged goods

In the unfortunate event that any orders are lost or damaged during the delivery process, please contact us immediately at orders@band-itsfitness.com with your order number. We will investigate the situation and endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Important delivery considerations…

Our delivery partner will deliver your item directly to your nominated address. For safety reasons, they cannot bring your item into your house, up flights of stairs or via an elevator. If there is no safe place to deliver your item, our delivery partner will work with your local postal service to ensure delivery is made safely.

Our delivery partner cannot remove packaging from your order or remove packaging from your premises.
