This class shows 2 different Tabata training sessions. Tabata is a style of high intensity training that was designed by Japanese scientist Dr Izumi Tabata in 1996.
Tabata is defined by a short period of high intensity work for 20 sec then a 10 sec break. This is repeated 8 times to give 4 minutes of workout in total.
You can do several 4 minute blocks but ensure you have full recovery between each 4 minute block.
