The occiput releases will affect the superficial back line, and can improve forward flexibility. The ‘Pilates ball ‘ release for the abdomen can positively affect the organs and also the diaphragm due to close fascial connections. The hip flexor example show a dynamic release that can open the deep front line creating space for the hip flexors, diaphragm and adductors.
